Are the gaskets used for convex-concave flanges at 2.5 Mpa and 4 Mpa the same? What’s the difference between them?
After a quick check, for specifications of DN150 and below, the outer diameter of the flanges designed for two different pressures is the same as the diameter of the circle centered on the bolt holes. The gaskets used should be the same. Specifications above DN150 are different.
Only some of the specifications and dimensions are the same, but the nominal pressure is clearly indicated on the gasket markings; therefore, gaskets of different pressure ratings cannot be used interchangeably.
It should be the same; both belong to CL150
One is the national standard, and the other is the American standard. Moreover, the nominal pressures after conversion are also different. Not universal.
2.5 and 4MPA raised and recessed face flanges use inner ring gaskets, which have the same external dimensions.
