Our company is constructing a new 100,000 cubic meter low-temperature double-walled full-volume ethylene tank. Is it considered a pressure vessel? Which category of pressure vessel does it belong to? What is the basis?
Is this question even necessary? Check against the Tolerance specifications by yourself.
If the working pressure is at normal pressure, then it’s not a pressure vessel, right?
