Modification of methanol unloading pipeline

As shown in the figure, since there are many female operators in the tank area, operating this unloading device is rather difficult. Is there any simple and feasible modification solution? I would appreciate advice from those with more experience on this forum.
Are there any successful cases of converting existing above-surface loading devices into ones that combine loading and unloading underwater? Please give me some advice, experts!
