Background: A newly built workshop requires steam, and there are overhead steam and condensate pipes on the opposite side of the factory premises, with a total length of approximately 20 meters. Question: 1. The owner wishes to use reinforced concrete pipe trenches with removable cover plates that are not covered by soil. Can this approach be adopted? Which specifications and atlases should be referenced? 2. If the approach in 1 is adopted, allowing the cover to be opened directly for maintenance, then is it not necessary to install inspection wells at the water drainage points?
Trenches can be used, and inspection wells should be installed at the water-repellent areas.
