Lower plug: The lower plug is composed of components such as the main shaft, left and right clamping blocks connected to it, and a control rod. Its function is to provide sealing at the bottom of the mouth of the electrically fused PE pipe plug designed for plugging holes. The claw is mounted on the left and right main shafts at the lower part; during the clamping operation of the sealing plug for specially melted PE pipes, there is a movable insertion pin, a gear for positioning, and an actuating device on the main shaft. Obturator: The obturator is composed of a main shaft, an eccentric connecting disc, a foldable rubber cup obturator tip, and a control mechanism; the components are made of specific materials. The sealing device is a key piece of equipment for achieving sealing and stopping the flow of fluid in pipes after they are opened or closed. Its eccentric disc, along with the spherical pivot mechanism connected to the head, is inserted into the hole that has been prepared in the cup, via a blocking rod; the pressure tube then seals this opening, thereby driving the conical-sealing head to move forward.
