I’m asking the experts on this forum for guidance – what exactly is a safety valve calculation sheet? Is it from the safety valve manufacturer? Is there a sample I can take a look at?
The unit calculation for the design drawings is based on factors such as the inlet port of the equipment, temperature, pressure, fluid flow rate, and steam release volume, in order to determine the size of the safety valve. Provide the set pressure to the safety valve factory.
The safety valve calculation sheet is prepared by conducting selection calculations based on the operating conditions of the safety valve – such as the properties of the medium (for gases, this includes molecular weight, adiabatic index, and density), set pressures, temperatures, discharge rates, and the presence of back pressure – in accordance with standards such as API STD 520-I-2014 \"Sizing, Selection, and Installation of Pressure-Relieving Devices in Refineries Part I—Sizing and Selection\", GB/T 12241-2005 \"General Requirements for Safety Valves\", and HG/T 20570.2-1995 \"Installation and Selection of Safety Valves\", as well as the inherent characteristics of the safety valve itself. The resulting document from these calculations is the calculation sheet.

The calculation sheet is a technical plan prepared by the manufacturer based on the data sheets; if you need it, I can prepare such a plan for you – for products from the 11th Aerospace Research Institute
Okay, thank you very much. I’ll get in touch with you if needed.
Thank you very much. If there is anything I don’t understand, I hope you can give me more guidance.
