What are the precautions for non-destructive testing of oxygen pipelines that are in use (with fluid inside)?

I would like to ask the experts here: there are high-pressure oxygen pipes in the factory that need to undergo PT/UT testing. The medium inside these pipes is made of 304 material, and no grinding is required; however, performing PT/UT on their outer surface carries certain risks. Are there any precautions or specific standards to follow? It would be great to have a plan; thank you so much!
Personally, I don’t think there’s any risk; as long as the oxygen pipeline doesn’t leak and it’s not placed near a source of fire, there should be no problems. Just like with air pipelines, performing UT on 304 material requires specialized skills!
It’s already done. First, the weld was sprayed with soapy water, and work was carried out only after it was confirmed that there were no leaks
