The first question concerns what needs to be done regarding notifications related to pipelines. Gas pipelines fall under category GB1 among public pipelines, and the requirements vary from province to province. If they are used for civilian purposes, they are under the jurisdiction of the Construction Bureau; these are pipelines managed by the Public Utilities Department affiliated with the Construction Bureau, as they are considered public utilities. However, if they are used within enterprises, then they fall under the category of industrial pipelines, namely grade GC. Industrial pipelines of grade GC are under the supervision of the Quality Supervision Bureau. Whether they are classified as GB or GC, inspections are necessary. The supervision inspections after pipeline installation should comply with the following documents: Regulations on the Safety Management and Supervision of Pressure Pipelines, and Rules for Safety and Quality Supervision Inspections of Pressure Pipeline Installation.
