Can the operating pressure of a safety valve be understood as the operating pressure of the container? How can the nominal pressure be calculated in the absence of relevant data? Can the setting pressure be considered as the release pressure?

2. How can the nominal pressure be calculated in the absence of relevant data? It is determined based on the operating conditions of the container, including the discharge pressure and operating temperature.
3. Can the set pressure be considered to be the release pressure? The set pressure is not equal to the release pressure.
How can I find out the operating pressure of that safety valve? The available documents don’t specify the nominal pressure, and the label on the device at the site is unreadable: Q

This is a safety pressure relief valve, not a safety valve; it releases pressure at 0.8 MPa and returns to its original position at 0.05 MPa
