Selection of standards for seamless steel pipes

I recently learned that seamless steel pipes generally come in pressure grades ranging from low to high as 8163-3087-9948-5310-6479. However, I’m not aware of the specific temperature and pressure ranges, as well as the types of fluids that can be used with each standard pipe grade. Does anyone know this? Looking at the specifications is so frustrating!
Without referring to the specifications, no amount of explanation from an expert will help one understand it
