I wonder what the pressure in your boilers is? Currently, valves are used in boilers to raise their pressure rating: for pressures of 10 MPa to 16 MPa, valves with a rating of 32 MPa are employed. Valves with internal leakage need to be replaced regularly; we grind the main valves once a year
Hydrazine is used for deoxygenation in boilers, and it reacts with Stellite alloy; therefore, in situations where hydrazine is used, valves that are resistant to corrosion or that have been treated should be employed
