We are currently using stainless steel ball valves, but after installation and replacement, internal leakage occurs after just a few openings and closings. Could you advise on what material and type of valve should be used in applications similar to salt washing?

In terms of operating conditions, ordinary valves are not suitable for use; firstly, there is corrosion, and crystallization adds to the problems. Ordinary ball valves are prone to getting stuck due to crystallization; forcing them to rotate will inevitably damage the sealing ring, leading to internal leakage.
