I would like to ask the experts: For the calcination kiln in my company, the pipeline at the discharge outlet has a DN600 diameter, and the temperature of the material exiting this outlet is around 1000 degrees. What type of material would be suitable for such a pipeline? Are there any friends who use the same operating conditions? Could you give some recommendations?
As far as I know, such high temperatures generally require an insulating lining. This is also the most economical method; otherwise, space-grade materials would be required.....

Usually, such temperatures require a lining made of refractory materials; if money permits or if metal materials are necessary, Inconel 600/601 can be used (one of the key properties of 601 alloy is its oxidation resistance at temperatures as high as 1180°C). Even under very harsh conditions, such as during heating and cooling cycles, 601 can form a dense oxide film, thereby achieving high resistance to peeling. 601 has excellent resistance to carburization. Due to its high chromium and aluminum content, 601 exhibits excellent oxidation resistance in high-temperature sulfur-containing atmospheres. ), I used a DN600 Inconel tee at the outlet of the chlorination furnace in my previous workplace; the temperature there was between 900 and 1030℃
800H/601/602CA are all high-temperature grades, as are high-temperature alloys such as GH3030/3039
Find a pipe made of 310S material to use as a temporary replacement
Use 310S; it’s around 1200°C, and it’s a bit more expensive. If money isn’t a concern, use titanium tubes!
