Fault 4: The electric actuator does not operate smoothly, resulting in the valve failing to open and close properly. Cause: ① The packing is tightened too much. ②The gland of the filler was not tightened properly and became tilted. ③Excessive device failure and damage. Solution: ① Do not tighten the packing gland too much; loosen it appropriately. ②Adjust the verticality of the packing gland. ③Replace with a new transition device. Fault 5: The motor does not stop when reaching the end of its travel range, or the opening/closing action is incomplete. Causes: ① The limit switch is malfunctioning, or the overload protection device is inaccurate. ②The limit switch acts too early or reacts too slowly. Solution: ① Replace the limit switch or adjust the overload device to ensure accuracy. ②Adjust the response speed of the limit switch.
