Solutions for teaching methods: Strengthen the connections between the signal wires and the air supply connectors; the enterprise may need to replace the diaphragm; straighten the valve stem or replace it entirely. III. Unstable or oscillating check valve. Cause: Excessively large diameter of the check valve ; In a single-seat valve, the medium flows in the same direction as the valve’s closing direction. The valve core and guide sleeve are severely worn. Solution: Replace the valve with one having an appropriate diameter ; Adjust the valve direction ; Improve the bonding surface or replace the valve core and guide sleeve. IV. The check valve operates slowly or with pulsations. Cause: Aging or dry-sealing packing increases the friction between the valve stem and the packing ; The valve body contains viscous dirt, blockages, coking, etc. The diaphragm and the “O”-ring are leaking. Solution: Replace the sealing packing and readjust it ; Remove dirt, carbonization, etc. Tighten the diaphragm head, or replace the diaphragm O-ring.
