What kind of valve is this? You can see the icon on the PID is exactly this

The double block-and-bleed valve (DBB) is a valve with two sealing pairs; in its closed position, both sealing pairs can maintain a sealed state simultaneously. There is an interface in the valve body, located between the two sealing pairs, for releasing the pressure of the medium. DBB is suitable for use on pipelines carrying aviation kerosene, light oils, natural gas, liquefied gas, pipeline gas, chemical fluids, etc., serving as an ideal device for shutting off the flow of such media. The working principle of valves with double-check, double-shutoff, and relief functions relies on the movement of two sealing slides mounted on the plug. The valve is equipped with an automatic release mechanism (optional), which prevents abnormal pressure buildup in the valve chamber after the valve is fully closed and serves to verify the effectiveness of the valve. The valve switch indicator is synchronized with the switch position, allowing for an accurate display of the valve’s on/off status.
DBB ball valves are produced by many manufacturers in Europe and the United States.
