I need urgent help regarding the locking mechanism of the valve!

Customer requirement: All process pipeline valves shall be equipped with a device that can lock them in the open and closed positions. This device should be permanently fixed to the valve; it should not rely on locking to secure loose components. Locks are not available. The purchase list includes: ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, stop valves, and check valves. What I know about locking devices is that in the past, a limit slider could be installed on the ball valve handle; by moving it downward, it would fit into the groove on the platform, but it still needed to be locked with a padlock. I was wondering if anyone here has come across other types of locking devices? Share it:'(
