Are gas pipelines pressure pipelines?

The pipeline for supplying natural gas to the boiler has a pressure of around 50 KPa and a diameter of DN150 mm. Does it qualify as a pressure pipeline? If it’s not a pressure pipeline, when installing a short section of pipe a few meters long, is it necessary to submit it for inspection or take X-rays or something? Thank you all.
