I would like to ask the experts: are there any differences in certifications or design between valves used in the power industry and those used in the chemical industry?
Personal opinion for reference: 1) Qualifications of shortlisted suppliers for power plants； 2) Required standard qualifications (ISO9000, 14001, special equipment license), 3) Relevant certifications for valves (fire protection certificate, API6D, etc.), 4) Track record of valve usage ；
Some valves are universal, right? They can’t be simply classified by industry

I mainly heard from others that certain qualifications are required for bidding on valves for power plants. Additionally, I’ve seen manufacturers specialized in power plant valves use valve materials that are different from those commonly used, so I want to find out more about this.
