May I ask whether, in addition to the welds requiring heat treatment for pipes transporting wet hydrogen sulfide, there are any heat treatment requirements for the pipe itself during its manufacturing?

There are also requirements, and it’s not just heat treatment – the surface also needs to be smoothed.
The body must be heat-treated, and there are also requirements regarding carbon content as well as impurity levels such as phosphorus and sulfur in the tube material.
