In September 2024, in order to meet customer needs, Zigong Xindi Per Valve Co., Ltd., with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, managed to deliver the axial flow check valves required for ExxonMobil’s first-phase ethylene production project in Huizhou within just 41 days. In response to the customers’ urgent demand for this batch of critical equipment, Xindi Peier Valves demonstrated excellent execution capabilities and efficient coordination within an extremely short delivery time frame. Upon receiving the order, an emergency response mechanism was promptly activated. Through efficient cross-departmental coordination and meticulous organization, the manufacturing department implemented continuous shift work to ensure that delivery was completed ahead of the deadline specified in the contract. Strict quality control was maintained, thereby effectively addressing the customer’s urgent needs. This move was highly praised and commended by the ExxonMobil owners.
On March 7, 2023, Xindi Per won the bid for the axial flow check valve project for Wanhua Chemical’s 1.2 million tons per year ethylene plant. This is the 8th set of million-ton-class axial flow check valves that Xindi Per has secured, following bids won for projects such as Gulei Petrochemical and Tianjin Petrochemical. On May 6, 2023, Wanhua Chemical organized a kick-off meeting for the axial flow check valves to be used in its 1.2 million tons per year ethylene plant, with Huisheng Engineering (China) Co., Ltd., the design firm, and Zigong Xindi Per Valve Co., Ltd., the supplier, in attendance. The meeting reviewed the preparatory work for key milestones such as the delivery of the manufacturer’s drawings and the inspection of raw materials upon arrival, and gave its approval. Following in-depth discussions, the meeting developed an optimized plan to ensure the delivery of high-quality valves to the client on schedule.
On April 14, 2021, the Materials and Equipment Department of Sinopec, the owner of Gulei Petrochemical, Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd., Sinopec Luoyang (Guangzhou) Engineering Co., Ltd., and Hefei General Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. reviewed the technical proposal for axial flow check valves to be used in ethylene plants at Zigong Xindi Per Valve Co., Ltd., and witnessed the pressure tests and performance tests. Axial flow check valves for ethylene plants include axial flow check valves between the three units of the ethylene plant as well as between various stages of other compressors, reactor check valves, and check valves for large-scale pumps. The experts present at the meeting agreed that the axial flow check valves for ethylene plants, designed and manufactured by Xindi Per Valve, meet the relevant requirements specified in the Contract, Purchase Order, and Technical Agreement; once further manufacturing is completed, they may be released for shipment. To date, all the axial flow check valves for China’s million-ton-class large-scale ethylene plants have been successfully manufactured independently.
