The Dejing high-quality stainless steel pipe project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, with a designed annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. It aims to become the largest intelligent factory for stainless steel pipe production in China, capable of meeting production needs for pipes with diameters ranging from 6 millimeters to 820 millimeters. A traditional production line requires more than a dozen workers, but now only two operators are needed, resulting in higher production efficiency and more stable product quality. On the southeast side of the workshop, several precision laser welding production lines are operating efficiently; their welding speed is 5 to 8 times that of traditional welding methods, allowing a steel pipe with a wall thickness of 2.5 millimeters and a diameter of 50 millimeters to be produced in as little as two minutes.
