Why does the discharge pipeline for the three-effect evaporation of caustic soda tend to get clogged, and why does the current consumption of the circulation pump increase? What are the solutions?
It depends on the cause of the blockage. 1. If it’s due to low temperature or high concentration causing crystallization? Then provide heat tracing and insulation. 2. If it is due to other impurities, then install a filter at the pump inlet.
