Product energy-saving certification is one of the voluntary product certification services provided by the China Quality Certification Center (CQC). It involves the use of a “Energy-Saving” label to indicate that a product meets the relevant requirements for energy and water conservation. The scope of this certification includes energy-saving certifications for products such as electrical appliances, office equipment, lighting fixtures, mechanical and electrical devices, power transmission and distribution equipment, and building materials; it also covers water-saving certifications for products related to industrial water treatment, urban water supply, agricultural irrigation and drainage, and the utilization of non-traditional water resources.
