A brief description of the production method for heavy soda ash: At a high temperature of 190°C, light soda ash is mixed with water; this results in the formation of hydrated soda ash, which is then calcined
Answer: 1. Hydration process production ; 2. Mechanical extrusion method ; 3. Direct carbonation of caustic soda ; 4. Heavy alkali pressurized exercise method. 1# steinback
1. Production of heavy soda ash by hydration method (divided into solid-phase hydration and liquid-phase hydration) 2. Production of heavy soda ash by mechanical extrusion method 3. Production of soda ash through direct carbonation of caustic soda 4. Production of heavy soda ash by pressure calcination of heavy alkali
1. Production of heavy soda ash by hydration method (divided into solid-phase hydration and liquid-phase hydration). 2. Production of heavy soda ash by mechanical extrusion. 3. Production of heavy soda ash through direct carbonation of caustic soda. 4. Production of heavy soda ash by pressurized calcination of heavy alkali
The main methods for producing heavy soda ash are: 1. Hydration method for producing heavy soda ash (which is divided into solid-phase hydration and liquid-phase hydration); 2. Mechanical extrusion method for producing heavy soda ash; 3. Direct carbonation of caustic soda to produce heavy soda ash; 4. Pressure calcination of sodium bicarbonate to produce heavy soda ash
The main methods for producing dense soda ash are: 1. Hydration method for producing dense soda ash (which is divided into solid-phase hydration and liquid-phase hydration); 2. Production of heavy soda ash by mechanical extrusion method ; 3. Direct carbonation of caustic soda to produce heavy soda ash ; 4. Production of dense soda ash by the calcination of sodium bicarbonate under pressure.
Production method: (1) Ammonia-soda process (Solvay process): Using crude salt and limestone as raw materials, light soda ash is produced through chemical synthesis; heavy soda ash is then produced via solid-phase hydration. (2) Natural soda process: Using natural soda as raw material, heavy-duty soda ash is produced through evaporation or carbonation. 1# steinback
A method for preparing high-density anhydrous sodium carbonate, wherein sodium bicarbonate or a compound containing sodium bicarbonate is thermally decomposed. The sodium bicarbonate or the compound containing sodium bicarbonate is added to a reactor containing a sodium carbonate slurry. This slurry is circulated through a heat exchanger and maintained at a decomposition temperature above 135°C. The resulting anhydrous sodium carbonate is discharged as a suspension and subsequently separated from the mother liquor. This method is characterized in that the relative positions of the reactor and the heat exchanger are such that the static height of the slurry on the heat exchanger satisfies the following relationship: *** In this equation, t = temperature of the heat exchanger wall (°C); s = content of any dissolved salts other than carbonates and bicarbonates (expressed as weight percentage of NaCl); p = vapor pressure generated in the system (bar); d = density of the slurry (g/cm³).
