Recently, the remote monitoring device for calcium carbide furnace production lines, independently developed by the Second Calcium Carbide Plant of Xinjiang Tianye Tianwei, was granted a patent. 　　The party-member-led technical team at the factory took the lead in overcoming challenges, integrating technologies such as data collection, big data analysis, and visualization to develop a solution that combines real-time monitoring, intelligent control, and automated reporting. This patented technology enables coordinated operation of multiple systems such as furnace pressure control, electrode elevation, automatic feeding, circulating water monitoring, and hydrogen-oxygen analysis. It can intelligently detect abnormal conditions such as issues with the calcium carbide handling process or instability in the purification system, and automatically trigger interlock controls to significantly reduce the need for manual intervention. During the research and development process, the Party member task forces took the lead, working directly on the production front to overcome technical challenges. This enabled the system to feature functions such as stable data transmission, remote operation and maintenance, and anomaly detection, thereby improving data accuracy, equipment reliability, and production safety, and reducing safety risks at the work site.
