It is recommended to connect a balance gas vessel during loading, to link the tank truck tank with the storage tank.
A balanced vapor line is used during loading; the aerosol line connects the tank truck tank to the storage tank, thereby reducing pollution and harm to human health.
To set up an exhaust gas absorption system, in addition to handling hydrochloric acid during loading and unloading, it is generally also necessary to vent the hydrochloric acid storage tanks; we have done this many times.
Install a set of negative pressure absorption devices; when loading the vehicle, cover the loading port and the negative pressure absorption hoses with wet cloths.
