Calculation of heat exchange area for liquid chlorine vaporizer

The factory plans to combine several small liquid chlorine vaporizers into one large vaporizer. The vaporization rate is 1 ton per hour; the inlet temperature of liquid chlorine is -10°C, and the outlet temperature is 40°C. The temperature of the hot water used is 80°C. Please help provide the heat exchange area! It would be great if there were the calculation steps; thank you very much! I have already viewed the specified posts regarding the vaporization of liquid chlorine; many of them cannot be opened. . . . There’s really no other choice; I have to turn to all of you experts for help~
