The company uses MRO system equipment for nitrogen removal; however, the nitrogen removal process has not been functioning properly recently. The parameters related to pre-treatment are within acceptable limits, but nitrogen is not being removed during post-treatment, and the cause has not been identified yet. It would be best to have screenshots of the control indicator interface, showing the analysis indicators for sulfate levels in concentrates, permeates, etc. Possible factors include insufficient freezing temperature, low sulfate concentration in the concentrate, and an unreasonable structure of the nitrate precipitator.

Yes, no nitrate is produced; since there is no data available, we can only guess. The possible reasons are as follows: 1. The concentration of the concentrate is not high enough, 2. The temperature in the nitrate precipitation unit is not low enough, as the solubility of sodium sulfate depends on temperature. 3. The structure in the nitrate precipitation tank is poor, resulting in poor nitrate precipitation efficiency. 4. The discharge port of the nitrate precipitation tank is blocked; I didn’t expect it to be the centrifuge
