Can a hook scale be used for the re-check weighing during the liquid chlorine cylinder filling process?

At present, platform scales are used in the liquid chlorine cylinder filling process at our company. However, to facilitate re-inspection, we would like to replace the re-inspection scale with a hook scale. Is it acceptable in terms of security and accuracy? Are there any relevant standards? It is considered inappropriate from a safety perspective.
There’s nothing wrong with that; you have to suspend the object during re-inspection anyway. Wouldn’t it be better to simply attach a weighing scale to the crane?
I don’t think it’s appropriate to use a hanging scale to weigh liquid chlorine cylinders. The first is safety considerations, and the third is ease of operation.
Both hanging scales and platform scales need to be calibrated regularly, so there is no issue with their accuracy. In terms of safety, our company has been using it since the establishment of the factory.
