Our factory intends to build a soda ash plant with a capacity of 200,000 tons per year. How much investment is required? (Our plant currently has excess carbon dioxide, and we intend to use it to produce ammonia by purchasing liquid ammonia; there are no issues regarding the supply of liquid ammonia.)
At that time, our company utilized natural gas, industrial salt, and calcined limestone to produce carbon dioxide for the production of soda ash; the production scale was 300,000 tons. The investment at the time amounted to 450 million yuan. If you buy liquid ammonia to produce soda ash, the cost will be high. The investment is roughly 200 million or so; this is for reference only.
