A digital transformation project undertaken by Tianwei Chemical has passed the acceptance review. Update date: 2025-7-10. Recently, Tianwei Chemical Co., Ltd.’s “Industrial Internet + Safe Production in the Hazardous Chemicals Industry” project was successfully approved, offering a replicable solution for the digital transformation of this industry and holding significant value for widespread adoption across various sectors.     It is reported that Tianwei Chemical Co., Ltd. is one of the first batch of 73 pilot companies selected by the Ministry of Emergency Management for the \"Industrial Internet + Safe Production in the Hazardous Chemicals Sector\" initiative. The aim of this project is to improve the level of safety management within the company, thereby helping it achieve sustainable and safe development as well as enhanced efficiency.     Xinjiang Huiye Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Zhejiang Zhongzhida Technology Co., Ltd. and Tianwei Chemical Co., Ltd., developed the “Industrial Internet + Safe Production of Hazardous Chemicals” information platform for Tianwei Chemical Co., Ltd., in accordance with the pilot project plan and construction guidelines issued by the Office of the Ministry of Emergency Management. Taking into account the actual conditions of hazardous chemicals manufacturing enterprises, the platform was created with the aim of improving the enterprises’ capabilities in predicting and managing safety issues in production.     Since the launch of the project, the Huiye Intelligence and Zhongzhida project teams have gone through three key phases: addressing requirements, implementing technologies, and carrying out iterative improvements. They integrated Tianye Group’s safety management concepts and methods into the platform development, achieving the goal that the platform would be ready for use as soon as it was launched and effective once in use. As a result, they delivered a solution that is technologically advanced, practical, and safe and reliable.     As of the project acceptance, real-time positioning management across the entire area has been achieved ； The digitization of paper invoices reduces the time required for preliminary preparations such as construction and maintenance work, enabling an efficient transformation of business processes ； The equipment failure rate decreases, annual inspection and maintenance costs are reduced, and both the reliability and economic efficiency of equipment operation are improved ； Safety management costs have been reduced, and the precision of management tasks as well as response efficiency have been significantly improved, thereby providing impetus for the digital and intelligent development of enterprise safety management.     Moving forward, Huiye Intelligence will continue to work hand in hand with Zhongzhida, leveraging their complementary strengths for mutual development. Taking this acceptance as a new starting point, they aim to turn the \"Industrial Internet + Safe Production in the Chemical Industry\" information platform into a digital safety model that is leading in China and serves as a benchmark for the industry, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of the chemical industry.
