Is an 80-meter long pure soda ash production scraper considered long? Some people suggest splitting it into two sections, 50 meters and 30 meters, on the grounds that in the event of a failure, it can be started up forcibly within a short time； 80 meters; the soda ash must be removed before it can be started.
It makes some sense to remove those two sections, but having more equipment also presents problems, such as an increased amount of maintenance work, as well as the need for more reducers and motors, etc； To solve this problem, I suggest providing necessary training to operators and maintenance staff to improve their professional skills and prevent accidents from occurring. Oh my god, who would dare to manufacture a scraper with a length of 80M? The longest ones available at the moment are 60M long
If a large machine is used to drive a smaller one, it can be longer; otherwise, it’s better to keep it shorter. Our factory has 70-meter-long scrapers!
For stable operation, it is safer to divide it into two scrapers.
