Dear sea friends, what are your device types, conversion heat exchange processes, inlet air concentration, and the inlet and outlet temperatures at each stage? Are the measurement points above and below the catalyst layer, or in the inlet and outlet pipes of the converter? Overall temperature rise and temperature rise per unit gas concentration?
It is best to have 3–4 temperature points at the top and bottom of the conversion section, respectively, with one temperature point each on the inlet and outlet pipes; this helps in determining the airflow distribution within the bed.
The idea is good, but once the number of measurement points increases, everything from the measurement equipment to the DCS cards will also increase in number
