What are everyone’s views on the persistent issue of cold ash in boiling furnaces? Excluding the factor of damaged screens, discuss the relationship between the gas velocity at the holes in the air cap, the operating gas velocity in the boiling layer, and the particle size of the ore fed into the furnace, as well as the particle size of the slag, the spacing between air caps, and the orientation of the openings
It should be the relationship between the operating gas velocity in the boiling layer and the particle size of the ore fed into the furnace. Is the moisture level of the other ore fed into the furnace meeting the requirements?
