High-quality sulfuric acid

I have heard of high-quality sulfuric acid before; from what I understand, it is possible to produce such acid by utilizing some of the heat from the system used to produce 98% sulfuric acid, along with about 25% fuming sulfuric acid. I have two questions: one is about the market situation for high-quality sulfuric acid ； The other question is: which expert has this process?
What grade is high-quality sulfuric acid? Reagent grade? Electronic grade?
The technology is mature; our company uses it to replace the previous distillation methods, achieving an annual production volume of 80,000 tons. The market demand for this product is good, and there are specialized complete sets of technologies available in China.
It should be at the reagent level; it’s not easy to produce it at the electronic grade for industrial use, I guess
