Can concentrated sulfuric acid be transported over long distances?

It seems that the safety supervision agency has stipulated that concentrated sulfuric acid cannot be transported over long distances; I’m not sure if this is true

Strictly implement the **Urgent Notice on Strengthening the Safety Management of Road Transport of Hazardous Chemicals** issued by the State Administration of Work Safety and the Ministry of Public Security. There is no distinction between long-distance and short-distance transportation in the definition, nor has the Work Safety Supervision Bureau provided such a definition.
Sulfuric acid can be transported over long distances, but the transportation costs are too high; generally, any distance exceeding 300 kilometers goes beyond the economic range for such transport, making it unprofitable to ship it. Now, sulfuric acid is also transported and sold for cross-border shipments (such as those from Asia to Africa), so long-distance transportation is no problem. It’s mainly so that it can be valuable once transported there.
