For the water dilution method in the dry absorption cycle tank, what method do people usually choose? What are the materials involved, and what are the performance aspects and duration of use? We use tetrafluoroethylene tubes filled with water, which are inserted below the liquid level; they can last for half a year. The downside is that the negative pressure exhaust pipe of the acid tank causes a lot of acid to condense ； Adding water too quickly causes a vigorous reaction with loud noises
Generally speaking, the acid concentration in the drying tower cycle is regulated by the absorption acid that is introduced; water is not added usually to ensure effective drying； Adding water is mainly done during acid absorption.
Many units use mixed acid tanks, right? . . . But we still add water directly to the groove surface; the corrosion is too severe. It is not recommended.
In industrial acid production, is it really done by directly adding water to the acid?
In our units, both the dry absorption circulation tank and the double absorption circulation tank use process water to adjust the acid concentration!
