Sulfuric acid is produced through rotation and absorption; the economizer experiences significant vibration during operation, and the cause is believed to be air hammer. The temperature of the flue gas at the inlet is 420 degrees Celsius, while it is 190 degrees Celsius at the outlet.
Main reason: During the heating up phase for conversion, the boiler is not supplied with water for an extended period, which leads to gas formation in the steam and water pipes of the economizer; when water is introduced suddenly, a water hammer effect occurs. Remember to ensure a small, continuous water supply to the boiler while raising the conversion temperature.
It’s water hammer. During the heating process, in order to reduce heat loss, almost no water is supplied to the boiler, which causes the feed water to vaporize partially inside the economizer; as a result, water hammer occurs. It is possible to supply an appropriate amount of water to the boiler. Vibrations can be avoided this way!
Improper operation while driving, the boiler not being fed with water for an extended period, resulting in vaporization of the economizer
