According to Sinochem New Network, recently the China Synthetic Rubber Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Synthetic Rubber Association) held an expanded meeting of its president’s office for the year 2026 in Beijing. The meeting aimed to analyze the situation in the synthetic rubber industry, summarize the achievements of the Synthetic Rubber Association in 2025, and plan the directions for work in 2026. The meeting noted that by 2025, the Synthetic Rubber Association had achieved results in serving its members, promoting industry progress, and strengthening its own capabilities ； For the new year, the association’s plans focus on carrying out its activities with a strategic approach and in line with the actual needs of the industry. At the same time, it will continue to strengthen its own structure, striving to enhance its standardization and professionalism. By leveraging more efficient organizational capabilities and higher-quality services, the association aims to meet the expectations of its members and fulfill its responsibilities within the industry. Zhang Xiaoming, president of the Synthetic Rubber Association, emphasized that 2026 is a crucial year filled with opportunities as well as challenges. The association must adhere to a customer-service orientation and prioritize development, closely following the work plan that has been approved and making sure it is implemented effectively. He called on all responsible parties, branches, and the secretariat to take on their responsibilities earnestly and work closely together to help member organizations maintain confidence, foster innovation, and jointly drive the industry toward higher quality and more sustainable development. In addition, the meeting also heard and reviewed the \"2025 Work Summary and 2026 Work Plan\". Zhang Xiaoming presided over this meeting, with the association’s leadership, board members, heads of various branches, and the deputy secretary-general of the association in attendance.
