Can an inverter output 60V voltage?

Can a voltage of 60V be generated while keeping the frequency at 60Hz? The manufacturer says that when 380V is supplied as input, the output is at least 150V. But I think that 150V must be the input voltage as well in order to get an output of 150V

It can output 60V. Ordinary motors come in several operating modes; the simplest one is the V/F mode, where the lower the output frequency, the lower the output voltage. So it can be 60V
Firstly, the output is of constant torque; the flux remains unchanged when operating below the reference frequency and reference voltage, and voltage is proportional to frequency, which can be achieved.
