On August 19, with the official issuance of the power dispatch instructions, the four 240,000-kilowatt main transformers at Huajin APMI’s 220-kilovolt substation were sequentially connected to the power grid. According to real-time monitoring, all key parameters such as voltage and current meet the specified standards, indicating that the primary power supply for the main substation of the fine chemicals and raw materials processing project has been successfully established, and it is now capable of providing stable power supply for the project. The main substation receiving power this time is equipped with a number of intelligent operation and maintenance systems, including advanced monitoring systems, an integrated system for ensuring safety in electrical work, an intelligent electrical management system, and auxiliary control systems for the substation. Through these systems, substations can achieve remote control, visual prevention of incorrect operations, online monitoring of equipment, and monitoring of the operation and maintenance environment. This facilitates comprehensive management of the equipment throughout its lifetime, helps to reduce maintenance costs, and extends the service life of the equipment. To ensure a safe, high-quality, and efficient power reception process, Huajin APMC works closely with State Grid Panjin Power Supply Company and all other parties involved to develop detailed work plans, while continuously improving safety measures and emergency response plans. With the collaborative efforts of multiple professionals, this critical project milestone of \"power reception for the substation system\" was successfully completed. As the \"power heart\" of the various production units in the Huajin AAME project, the main substation plays a crucial role in delivering external electrical power steadily to the production processes. Its successful power connection is a key prerequisite for ensuring the operation of subsequent production facilities. It is reported that after being stepped down at this 220-kilovolt main substation, external electricity will supply power to various facilities through the 110-kilovolt regional substations located in the refining area, chemical area, and utility area. Once the project enters the production and operation phase, it is expected that the annual electricity transmission volume will reach 4.5 billion kWh. This successful power reception has enabled a smooth transition of the project’s power supply system from the construction phase to the operational phase, and it has also acted as a catalyst to accelerate the overall preparation work for the project’s operation. The Huajin AAME project has taken a solid step forward in terms of green and low-carbon practices as well as intelligent and efficient operations, further enhancing the company’s overall competitiveness in the field of fine chemicals.
