Is reinforcement needed for openings in the floor slab (added later in construction), and if so, how should it be done?

In the photo above (taken at an angle of about 70° forward and upward), the three holes indicated by the purple arrows were made in the floor after the house was built, for installing equipment. Do these three holes need to be reinforced? Generally, the four sides of each hole are designed to function as beams. But for these three holes, only two sides serve as beams – won’t this cause the floor to collapse?
Through design calculations, can it support equipment?
Ask the designer; if it needs to be added, they will provide you with a detailed plan
