Standardized operational management: check whether the procedures are being followed on-site and correct any deviations promptly
1. Utilize the pre-shift meetings to conduct quality training for employees; 2. For each position, it is recommended to create a dashboard displaying the typical quality issues that have occurred there ; 3. The SOPs for each position must be clear, easy to understand, readable, and readily accessible ; 4. It is recommended that each work section have a board to expose past quality incidents occurring in that section, which can include either written descriptions or photos ; 5. Conduct the first-piece inspection for product production ; 6. On-site QC must conduct regular random inspections of the processing work at each workstation ; 7. Conduct a quality issue analysis once a month to identify the positions or locations where the most problems occur on site, and take actions to make improvements. 8. If possible, it is advisable to introduce QCC quality control circles in the work teams, so as to help employees carry out QC improvement activities on a regular basis.
