The LNG terminal is starting up and undergoing its first feed-in operation; could anyone with experience provide some guidelines for carrying out this first feed-in? Thank you. Ps: I was only exposed to LPG before; this is my first time encountering LNG.
Didn’t the design institute provide you with operating procedures? What’s found online is definitely not as good as what’s provided by design firms; after all, each situation requires a tailored approach
Aren’t the operating procedures all written by the technical staff of one’s own company?
The design firm has an operation manual. Then, based on this operation manual, you will create the operating procedures. How is it possible for the owner’s party to handle it on their own?
