Is it acceptable to locate the LNG loading pump within the tank farm dike (with a base that is above the top edge of the dike)?
Those that do not meet the requirements should be located outside the tank farm dike; remember whether it is 20 meters or 30 meters outside the tank farm dike.
Is it 20 meters or 30 meters outside the tank farm cofferdam? In that case, the required net positive suction head at the pump inlet becomes higher
