n-butane dehydrogenation

Are there any industrial production facilities for butane dehydrogenation available now? It seems that there isn’t a mature manufacturing process yet.
A mature and reliable process implementation has not yet been seen. The basic process principle is similar to that of PDH (propane dehydrogenation).
Didn’t Anhui Haid build a plant for the dehydration of n-butane with a capacity of 200,000 units? I haven’t heard anything about it being in operation though. N-butane has a linear structure, and its dehydration is less stable; it’s more difficult than the dehydration of isobutane, right?
Some time ago, a technology provider in Beijing called saying they had this technology; I asked them to send over a brief description of it, and that was the end of it. I’ve also been keeping an eye on this project recently
It seems that the manufacturing technology isn’t up to standard either.
