Dear expert, the dry point of alkylated gasoline remains around 200°C and doesn’t go any lower. What could be the reason? How to adjust? Sulfuric acid process.
Increase the acid concentration, adjust the alkane-to-oil ratio, change the reaction temperature, and remove impurities from the feed such as pentane and isobutylene
The reaction yield is not good; check the operating parameters – preventing olefin polymerization is key.
Factors such as raw materials and reaction parameters are eliminated one by one
