Are there dedicated flow meters and control valves for liquefied petroleum gas?

I would like to ask: if liquefied gas is vaporized, how can one measure the volumetric flow rate and use a control valve to regulate it? How to choose the right model. With a flow rate of around 70 m3/h, a previous manufacturer recommended a control valve with a DN25 diameter for me, at a gas flow velocity of 40 m/s. The pressure before the valve is 0.1 MPa, and the pressure after the valve is 25 KPa. The flow rate is too high. The pipeline flow velocity is only 10 m/s.
It’s definitely not suitable; the pipe diameter is too small and cannot meet the flow requirements
