How can the solid residues generated inside the tank be continuously removed under high vacuum conditions (the removal device must be connected to the system), without affecting the vacuum level of the system? ! The solid residues produced by membrane distillation are mainly salts, fatty acid soaps, and a small amount of solid polymers.
It has two chambers; once the solid residues are discharged into one chamber, the two chambers are separated, and then the residues are removed from the other chamber without affecting the vacuum level in the original chamber. But it’s still quite complicated to implement!
We’ve always done it this way before; do we want to try a new method now? !
This actually isn’t considered continuous either, right?
It is the same as the design for the submarine’s observation windows and access doors.
